All iOS 7 devices Important note: iOS 7 has an Activation Lock feature, which means your Apple device will be locked to your iCloud account.
This means it’s important that you remove your iCloud account from your iPhone or iPad running iOS 7 before you bring it into us for a repair. We won't be able to carry out repairs on any iOS 7 devices linked to an iCloud account.
The good news is, removing iCloud is easy. Before taking in your device to us, just follow these simple steps:
