I'm obsessive about smartphones. I have my work BlackBerry but I also have a personal BlackBerry too and an Apple iPhone. I've got three handsets and I'm proud of that. It's fantastic.

I have them all going at the same time, so maybe I'm an expert on which one is best.

Both the iPhone and BlackBerry are great because of their usability. You'll be amazed if you haven't tried one before when you realise how much of your life a smartphone can cover.

The trouble is, while they both do similar things, they do them so differently that I'm addicted to the pair of them.

A lot of the time people struggle with the very basics of how to use a smartphone. That's what I've encountered in the past. But that's what we're here for. We can set them up and show people how to use them and get the most from them. Just come in and see an Agent instore at The Carphone Warehouse or Best Buy.

In the past a phone has always been a phone, nothing more than that. You bashed in the number like on a house phone and dialled the person you wanted to speak to.

Smartphones are more like an extension of your computer. You can do so much on them thanks to apps and the operating systems they now use.

I couldn't imagine life without them. If someone were to take my iPhone or BlackBerry off me, I think I'd cry for a week.
