Explained: What is Apple iTunes 10 and Ping?
If you use an iPhone, iPod or an iPad then you use iTunes.
In fact, there are more than 160 MILLION iTunes users around the world in 23 different countries.
The download software works on Mac and PC and allows you to load songs, films, TV shows and apps onto your Apple devices.
The latest version iTunes 10 has just been announced with a raft of changes – including an exciting social media extension called Ping designed especially for fans of music.
Described by Apple boss Steve Jobs as a bit like Facebook and Twitter, Ping connects you up to your friends and favourite bands and singers.
