Internet TV
I think we're going to rely on having the internet on our televisions more and more in the future. I love my computer and I love my TV, so the thought of them merging is quite exciting really. It has started to happen now. Companies like LG and Samsung are enabling their sets to be wired up to broadband or connect wirelessly. Samsung has companies like LoveFilm providing streamed movies direct from the telly while LG has a TV with Skype built-in so you could make and receive video calls from your living room.
My most satisfying Geek Squad moment...
...when you fix an 'unsolvable' problem. Often you're trying to fix something and it doesn't work, even though you know you're doing everything right. Then you stand back, take a deep breath, try again and it works. Technology can be funny like that sometimes.
